When I think about what advice I would give my younger self, to the younger generation and those who are lost or stuck in life, the first thing that comes to my mind is: consistently exercising.
There are many things that our outside of our control however the way we look & feel is something we have lots of control over.
One of the benefits on working on your fitness and health is that it can dramatically impact your life in so many positive ways:
- you feel better about yourself
- you have more energy to think and perform better at your job, work, school, your personal life and so on.
The Point In Summary
Maybe you don’t want to start exercising, but my point is once you start dominating and feeling confident in one area of your life, you’ll feel empowered to start pushing yourself in lots of other areas. Life begins to become more adventurous and fun.
